The front desk and bell staff seemed actually happy I was there.
There is nothing I did not like.
The location near Times Square and the Theater district made is so easy and comfortable to walk 2 blocks in 12 degree weather to see a show and have dinner.

Very modern, location superb, beds so comfy! The restaurant is enveloped by Times Square. Must be the most $ real estate. Mesmerizing!

We were especially impressed by the bathrooms, both in our room and in the lobby. One party member took advantage of the fitness center and appreciated what it had to offer.
